Job Summary: Support daily facilities operations in a healthcare environment. Assist with maintenance programs building systems and project coordination to ensure safe and compliant facility performance. Responsibilities: Support daily operations of maintenance and facilities teams Monitor maintenance programs and work flow Assist with budgeting and energy management programs Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agencies Support construction and renovation projects Provide leadership training and support to staff Maintain strong relationships with clients and leadership teams Monitor work performance and support staff evaluations Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferred 2 to 5 years management experience in healthcare facilities Experience with regulatory compliance required Knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred: CHFM certification preferred Salary: $88,000 - $98,000 annually Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $88,000 - $98,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
