Responsibilities:
- Data Entry / Spreadsheet tracking
- Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
- Processing general warranty paperwork
- Processing warranty cancelations
- Assisting with all day to day office paperwork
- Completing various tasks as directed
- Reporting sold vehicles to manufacture sites
- Processing dealer incentives
- Processing online payoffs
- Cleaning and posting of schedules
- Handling daily deposits
Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience required
- General automotive accounting skills are a must
- Knowledge of DealerTrack DMS a plus
- Vehicle title experience a plus
- Microsoft Excel competency a plus
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Willingness to take initiative
- Quality writing and grammar skills
- Break down and finalize vehicle sales
- Computer literacy
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
- Detailed follow up
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
