Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health histories, concerns, and strengths, enabling you to design effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring these plans align with the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, facilitating a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Offer crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning for students facing acute mental health challenges.

• Facilitate engaging and informative group therapy sessions as well as psychoeducation classes, providing essential skills and coping strategies to our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in concordance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring clear records that reflect the therapeutic process and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will engage directly with students, collaborating closely with their families and educational staff to provide a comprehensive support system aimed at improving academic and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
