If so, we are looking for employees just like you in the ever-changing Signage Industry.A successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist will:Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or mediumPrepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etcWeed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of imagesOperate and maintain printer(s)Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standardsPerform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed piecesReport inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.Clean and maintain storage areasIdeal qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:1-2 years of experience in sign production preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)Ability to lift 50 or more poundsFlexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrateAbility to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workAbility to use light power equipmentCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities, including new ways to use your talent and grow your skills.
