Talent Sourcer- Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

SUMMARY: Teamwork is one of the core values at BGSF. Our clients and field talent are a valued part of our team. Client trust is earned by consistently providing talented individuals to join their team. Our Talent Sourcers are the front line and first step to earning that trust. As a BG Staffing Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibility is to use our advertising sources to identify individuals to join our field talent team and introduce them to our application process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

❖ Utilize advertising sources to identify, screen, and engage potential field talent

❖ Once potential field talent has been identified, schedule and conduct initial virtual or phone interview with the individual.

❖ Guide potential field talent through the initial application steps

❖ Partner with the Talent Advisor team to reach the needed volume of potential new hires for each market’s recruiting needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

❖ Previous staffing or recruiting experience strongly preferred

❖ Strong communication skills

❖ English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory

❖ Success in customer service experience

❖ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

❖ Application Tracking System experience preferred
