Experienced CNC Machine Operator

Are you a craftsman who thrives on tight tolerances and flawless setups? We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our precision-focused production team. In this high-impact role, you will bring complex engineering designs to life, setting up, operating, and optimizing computer-controlled machinery to manufacture high-precision components.

What You'll Do

• Master the Machine: Perform precision setups, tool changes, and calibrations for advanced CNC equipment.

• Craft to Spec: Execute accurate cuts on Mills, Lathes, Routers, or specialized cutting systems (Laser/Waterjet) to achieve exact tolerances.

• Maintain Quality & Flow: Conduct rigorous first-off and ongoing inspections, maintaining pristine work stations and continuous production standards.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-On Expertise: 3+ years of proven CNC machining experience running and setting up equipment.

• Precision Mindset: Blueprint reading skills, G-code awareness, and mastery of standard measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).

• Craft Pride: A proactive attitude toward clean, organized setups, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, with top-tier rates reserved for candidates with 3+ years of specialized multi-axis operation or complex setup experience.
