POSITION DETAILS

As a BCBA at Connect n Care, you will: Conduct functional and skill based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc Customize treatment plans to address the child’s deficits based on assessment results Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members Some of the areas you will address with your client may include: Language acquisition Functional communication training Daily living skills Community safety skills Toilet training Executive function training Qualifications: Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is highly preferred Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTsExperience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Benefits Competitive compensation with hourly or salaried options Annual bonus potential of up to $12,000 Flexible scheduling options, full-time and part-time options available Health, Dental and Vision insurance for Full Time employees Accrued paid time off for all clinicians (hourly and salaried) Commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment Work-life balance including the accrual of paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development as the company grows and new opportunities become available #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect n Care ABA
