Manager Business Development

Summary The Mgr Business Development position is responsible for simultaneously managing multiple teams and projects related to business development across the entity. Responsibilities Coordinate all activities related to the onboarding of new practices, including site visits, training, and due diligence. Also coordinate all items related to practice closures, consolidations, and relocations. Lead complex project initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to all project‑related timelines and deadlines. Serve as a project manager and liaison for internal departments including (but not limited to) Affiliate Accounting, Coding and Compliance, Credentialing, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Legal, Operations, Quality, Population Health and Real Estate. Prepare basic to moderately complex business plans, pro‑formas, practice assessments and presentations to inform and support leadership’s decision making related to strategic initiatives. Other Information Education Requirements: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. With a Master’s degree, no related experience required. With a Bachelor’s degree, requires five (5) years of related experience. With a high school diploma, requires ten (10) years of related experience. Licensure/Certification Requirements: NA Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements: Demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead and coordinate teams. Critical thinker. Comprehensive knowledge of physician practice operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
