Book Keeper

BookkeeperWe are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, organized, and self-motivated professionals with a strong ability to multi-task without losing sight of details. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for tracking and managing the company's financial data and administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Responsibilities include:Maintain company financial records including purchases, sales, receipts and payments, including those in the form of foreign currencies.Maintain current accounting software programs and electronic files and support new programs as neededAssist in local and corporate internal and external auditsReconcile bank statements and bookkeeping ledgersAnalysis of employee expendituresGenerating company financial reportsFiling and remitting taxes and other financial obligationsMaintaining company personnel filesManage company payroll and coordinate employee benefitsQualifications and requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, with a preference in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accountingAdvanced user of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other applications related to finance and accounting.Knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferredStrong organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively work across teams and levelsAbility to identify areas for efficiency improvements and create change where necessaryAbility to take direction virtually and face-to-faceAbility to work a hybrid (remote/in-office) work environment
