The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will take ownership of highvolume invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance while supporting leadership with process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process highvolume invoices (500-700 weekly) across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Lead vendor payment runs and maintain proper documentation for all disbursements as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Perform detailed vendor reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clean, accurate AP ledgers as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Manage vendor onboarding, maintain W9 documentation, and oversee 1099 reporting compliance as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and support internal teams while mentoring junior staff and improving AP processes as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• 4+ years of fullcycle accounts payable experience in a highvolume, multientity environment
• Strong knowledge of W9 and 1099 compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with Sampro, AS400, or similar systems preferred

• Stable, established organization with a strong industry reputation
