Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and establish pertinent clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and evidence-based modalities to address clients’ specific conditions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing tailored techniques aimed at fostering engagement, insight, and healing.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients faced with acute mental health emergencies, employing swift assessment and action to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations, in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, highlighting treatment options and connecting them with available community resources.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with emerging mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

• Minimum of two years related experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, determined by your experience and qualifications.
