Office Manager

Green Key Resources

Client in Hudson County, NJ is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This candidate will support their team with administrative, HR, and office management tasks. Must have a great attitude and be willing to wear multiple hats. Fully onsite Monday - Friday Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Manage office operations to ensure smooth daily activities and administrative efficiency. Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Coordinate HR processes such as onboarding and employee inquiries. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Organize meetings and company events to foster team collaboration. .Prepare and process essential documents and reports. Organize and assist with meetings and corporate events. Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
