We're a nonprofit network of community health centers that has cared for New York families for more than 40 years. We bring primary care, behavioral health and dental care together, and every patient is welcome regardless of ability to pay. We run our own FNP residency, so nurse practitioners are central to how we deliver care.

Job Details

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illness for patients ages 0–100
• Order and interpret tests, prescribe and build care plans
• Lead prevention and education for patients and families
• Refer to behavioral health, specialists and community resources

Requirements

• Master's in nursing from an accredited family nurse practitioner program
• Active New York RN license and NP certification
• Family NP board certification (or eligible)
• Current BLS, infection control and child abuse training
