Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner Make outbound calls related to service requests, voicemails, and follow-ups Document and update patient information within internal systems Coordinate with internal teams, including local offices and field representatives Assist with questions related to equipment, services, deliveries, and general support Enter and manage service tickets as needed Communicate clearly regarding service timelines and next steps Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable working with computers, data entry, and internal systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Education High School or better.
