Finance Support Analyst (AR/AP) – Hybrid

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid – onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking a Finance Support Analyst to support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with financial data, banking platforms, and internal systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

• Enter and manage financial data with a high degree of accuracy

• Research and resolve discrepancies across transactions and accounts

• Work extensively in Excel and internal financial systems

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues

• Maintain organized financial records and meet daily processing deadlines

• Support overall financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare/medical experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable

• Experience with research and reconciliation

• Basic mathematical and financial aptitude

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: Initial onsite training followed by a consistent onsite schedule (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

• Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
