Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of an international Bitcoin mining development company. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in finance, strategic planning, and cryptocurrency, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth objectives, including capital structure, budget planning, and forecasting. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, including sourcing, negotiating, and structuring capital investments. Build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with international financial standards and regulations. Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations, energy cost volatility, and regulatory changes. Develop robust risk mitigation strategies. Energy & Operations Integration: Collaborate with operational teams to optimize energy procurement, manage costs, and ensure profitability for Bitcoin mining operations. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute potential acquisitions, partnerships, or expansions to strengthen the company’s market position. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, within the Bitcoin mining company, energy, or technology sectors. Strong knowledge of Bitcoin mining, cryptocurrency markets, and blockchain technology. Expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, and fundraising (venture capital, private equity, and institutional financing). Familiarity with international business operations, including energy procurement, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present financial insights clearly. Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA designation preferred). Why Join Us?
