Revenue Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Manager to drive pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives across the organization. This role will play a critical part in maximizing profitability by leveraging data insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of financial acumen, commercial awareness, and systems expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue, margin, and market competitiveness Build and maintain revenue forecasts, incorporating historical performance, market conditions, and growth initiatives Analyze key performance metrics, including occupancy/utilization, average rate, and revenue per unit, to identify opportunities and risks Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with broader business goals Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform pricing and positioning decisions Design and maintain reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership Lead budgeting and long‑range planning processes related to revenue performance Continuously improve revenue management systems, tools, and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in revenue management, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related analytical role Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into business decisions Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Preferred Experience Experience in hospitality, travel, SaaS, or other dynamic pricing environments Familiarity with revenue management systems and CRM platforms Exposure to forecasting models and scenario analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
