In which environment will you be working?
Within the Customer Service Department, you will join the retirement benefits management team, under the responsibility of the team manager. Your role is to take charge of individual files, from the simplest to the most complex, and to respond to the requests of clients and providers, on different types of operations.
You will work closely with your colleagues for the benefit of providers, clients, and policyholders, holders of an individual retirement contract.
What will be your future challenges?
You will be responsible for the quality of service to our clients and providers and your main activities will consist of:
- Analyzing the needs of clients, studying the acceptability of requests at the fiscal, legal, and regulatory level to record management acts in our IT systems,
- Understanding the Pacte regulation,
- Participating in the relational activity by taking charge of incoming and outgoing calls from our clients and providers
- You participate in team life by being a force of proposal
Are you the person who will meet this challenge?
You are a graduate of a Bac+2 in insurance and have a successful first experience in a similar position.
You are organized, rigorous, have an eye for detail and like to work in a team. You have a sense of quality service to clients.
