Role Overview As our Administrative Associate , you will perform a variety of administrative tasks related to our service branch operations including reporting, scheduling, and onboarding assistance. Your customer service mindset provides an engaging experience with internal and external stakeholders whether it is through phone calls, emails, or face‑to‑face visits. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant office administration experience and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will utilize the knowledge gained when obtaining your associate’s degree in a related field or an additional 4+ years of experience. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
