Sales Ops Analyst – Remote
As the market leader in providing financial services to the world's most innovative tech and life science companies and investors we have exposure to vast amounts of data covering the breadth of the startup and VC landscape. While data has been integral to our growth over the past 30+ years, we're placing an even greater emphasis on being a data-driven organization by establishing the Analytics & Sales Operations team to support all sales focused aspects of our banking practices.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a fast learning, energetic and passionate Sales Operations Analyst II interested in making an immediate impact in the high net worth/ innovative ecosystem. This position will work cross-functionally with our sales, finance, and marketing teams to uncover market potential, develop actionable insights and improve/develop processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving data-focused decisions through deep-dive analytics and business acumen
- Assist with ad hoc data pulls and business analytic requests
- Lead maintenance and accuracy of company's proprietary data within SFDC
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, process redesign, or development of new ones
- Construct proprietary datasets leveraging internal and external data to extract valuable insights
- Create high-quality reports for internal consumption that combines market observations with data insights
- Support the team in tracking team performance and analyzing key metrics related to client acquisition pipeline, loan portfolio, funding, product penetration, referral channels, etc.
- Research and profile targeted prospects, identify and aggrege current relationships, and identify potential cross-selling opportunities for prospects
- Develop and design performance dashboards and control charts as necessary to monitor performance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience with sales, sales operations, and/or analytics
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Excel, SQL)

- Comfortability in building strong relationships with co-workers of various backgrounds and experience
- Client service oriented and able to partner with all levels of the organization
- Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms and translating business requirements into useful datasets and analyses with actionable insights
