Sales Operations Analyst | AI + EdTech (Remote US) High-growth AI/EdTech company is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the next phase of revenue scale. The organization is building AI-driven tools that transform how students learn to read through real-time comprehension tracking and personalized tutoring at scale. Responsibilities Own Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and CRM/data integrity Support the full quote-to-close process (quotes, approvals, deal accuracy) Identify manual workflows and implement AI-driven automation to improve efficiency Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Support to streamline operations Support forecasting, reporting, and RevOps infrastructure as the business scales Requirements 2+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Business Operations Hands‑on experience implementing AI tools and automation in workflows (required) Strong Salesforce CRM experience (CPQ / Revenue Cloud a plus) Experience with quoting systems and quote-to-close processes Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving operational efficiency Background in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth tech environments Additional Details Fully Remote (US-based) No sponsorship available #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment Partners LLC
