Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client, formulating individualized therapy strategies accordingly.

• Implement a variety of evidence-supported therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address client issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each session is tailored to the participants' needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the overall treatment plan for each client.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely and precise manner.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and staying updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may experience a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
