Adaptable Life Counseling is seeking dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address clients' unique needs.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients that consider their narratives, experiences, and goals.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to navigate complex relational dynamics and resolve conflicts among family members.

• Implementing interventions for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: substance abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues related to divorce and separation.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical progress and treatment outcomes using our practice management software.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with diverse populations including couples, individuals, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your client caseload may include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
