Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and design customized treatment plans that align with individual goals and recovery processes.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic objectives and regularly evaluate progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation to uphold ethical standards and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT in this role will work extensively with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of emotional and relational issues. This includes challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Strong Minds Counseling Center values cultural competency and the ability to approach therapy from a culturally sensitive perspective.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience working with diverse populations is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy is highly desirable, allowing for seamless adaptation to our remote working environment. Familiarity with using digital tools and platforms for therapy, as well as experience in settings focusing on cultural diversity in mental health, will enhance the ability to meet our clients' complex needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly, based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
