Automotive BDC Consultant
At our dealership, your growth and expertise are at the heart of everything we do. As a dedicated BDC Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in starting customers on their automotive journey. We’re committed to investing in your development through comprehensive training, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities, ensuring you have all the tools you need to thrive and accelerate. The BDC Consultant utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner and positive attitude to get clients in the door. Required Duties Include handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, with follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Answer all incoming phone calls and make outbound calls according to script, to schedule a sales appointment.• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Purify and update Customer information in database.
• Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Contact and follow up with Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule an appointment.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
