Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical support to assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both in-office interactions and community-based outreach.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to align on treatment goals and share insights to enhance collective patient care.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, and determine appropriate referrals for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans while facilitating communication between clients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on evidence-based modalities tailored to the client’s needs.

• Assist in crisis interventions, possess the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations, and provide immediate support to clients.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with client feedback and key performance indicators.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies at all times, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; an MSW is preferred.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical social work setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, particularly in community health, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Holistic Happiness Counseling Solutions, we are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
