Business Development Representative (BDR) - Full Sales Cycle - Remote

Cherry Hill Advisory is a boutique internal audit, risk advisory, and CFO services firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ. We're looking for a results-driven BDR who owns the full sales cycle, not administrative or coordination support.

This is a pure sales role. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline through outbound and warm outreach, running campaigns, and closing deals.

**What you'll do:**

* Conduct warm calls and cold calling to generate new business
* Run and manage marketing and email campaigns to drive pipeline
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing
* Track and improve closing rate through consistent follow-up and refined messaging
* Manage CRM records and pipeline accuracy
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

**What we're looking for:**

* Proven experience owning a full sales cycle from first contact to close, not just setting appointments for someone else
* Strong track record with warm and cold calling
* Experience building and running email or marketing campaigns
* Demonstrated closing rate and ability to speak to real numbers
* Confident, persuasive communicator in English
* Must be available and responsive during US Eastern business hours
* Based in Latin America preferred

**This role is NOT:**

* Virtual assistant or administrative support work
* Appointment setting without closing responsibility
* Coordination or scheduling-only work
