Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain confidential and accurate client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with the capacity to apply evidence-based treatments effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Ethical decision-making and adherence to professional boundaries, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software and computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit, with a readiness to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
