What You ll Do

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons on diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic and imaging studies
• Assist in surgical procedures and patient management before and after surgery
• Perform orthopedic procedures such as joint injections
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-treatment recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
• Participate in rotation call coverage as assigned
• Adhere to safety protocols, hospital policies, and quality initiatives

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year of orthopedic or relevant surgical experience
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience assisting in orthopedic surgeries
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
