Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Manage and prioritize patient needs within a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform assessments, triage, and interventions for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective care
• Document patient information accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Prior experience working in an Emergency Department setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume Emergency Department
• Familiarity with trauma protocols and emergency triage procedures
• Strong critical thinking and ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously
