NETWORK PROJECT MANAGER - III

Location: Delaware (Township), OH Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly Description: Description: - A Project Manager drives initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they meet strict deadlines and budget constraints.
Primarily focused on technology and network projects, they lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and keep stakeholders informed.
By proactively troubleshooting issues and aligning project outcomes with Client's strategic vision, they rely heavily on strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: Direct and oversee strategic projects and programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Network Planning teams to formulate, deploy, and refine network solutions.
Monitor and evaluate weekly, monthly, and annual operational and engineering metrics across assigned programs.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure project integrity and successful delivery.
Communicate program performance and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders using formal readouts, executive dashboards, and comprehensive reports.

Desired Skills/Experience: Strong written and oral communication skills Macro and Small Cell architecture knowledge
Familiar with network hub architecture

Experience with alarm identification and troubleshooting procedures

5-7 year's experience in telecommunications engineering and project management
