Branch Manager

Job Title: Branch Manager - Greater Charlotte A well-established, publicly-traded industrial construction company is seeking an experienced manager to lead operations in the Greater Charlotte area. This role requires a five-days-a-week presence in the branch office. Compensation Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation includes an annual bonus and a monthly vehicle allowance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years of relevant experience Construction industry experience required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Drug test and background check required Key Responsibilities Provide and communicate a clear vision for approximately 30 branch employees Lead branch operations including safety, sales, estimating, project management, and customer service Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture Ensure safety standards and company procedures compliance Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Conduct annual employee reviews and staff development Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job functions: Administrative, Management, Project Management Industry: Construction Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Note: Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
