Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives tailored care.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and, when appropriate, group therapy, providing clients with coping strategies and tools to navigate their challenges.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing strong crisis management skills to support clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling to diverse populations.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, coupled with a commitment to delivering culturally responsive care.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth technology for documentation and client communications.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
