Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Salisbury, CT (Lakeville, CT)

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Two shifts available (Lunch breaks are Paid)

• 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm
• 2nd Shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am 

What's the Job?

• Load, start up, and operate manual, semi-automated, or basic automated assembly machines
• Inspect parts, complete required documentation, and report any issues to supervisor
• Use measuring devices as needed to ensure quality standards
• Assemble parts according to job instructions and training
• Maintain lot control system and secure materials for use on assembly machines

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Willingness to learn multiple machines and rotate roles as needed
