Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, coordinate, and implement tailored support packages designed to help clients navigate life’s challenges, enhance coping skills, and move towards recovery.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their current circumstances, emotional needs, and overall strengths and weaknesses.

• Utilize a case management approach to develop personalized, measurable goals that align with clients’ needs and aspirations.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving situations.

• Provide informed counseling during sessions, equipping clients with actionable steps to address their unique challenges.

• Keep meticulous and accurate records of all client interactions, evaluating status and documenting progress as per clinical standards.

• Participate in case conferences, contributing insights and advocating for clients’ needs, and prepared to provide expert testimony in court when necessary.

• Collaborate with various community service organizations to enhance recovery options and holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Additionally, you will work with families requiring support in navigating complex social and emotional challenges. Our goal is to empower clients to enhance their quality of life through thoughtful interventions and personalized care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, Sociology, or related fields is required.

• Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.

• Strong understanding of social work theories and practices, along with proven experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional social perceptiveness and empathy, with the ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with clients.
