Job Title : Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location : Nashua NH
Pay Range : $22.00-$26.00/hour

Job Description :
Needed an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist Emerging Talent/College Recruiter. Responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of the business in the Electronic Systems sector.

Responsibilities:

• Need someone with strong recruiting experience, with a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure adherence to compliance policies throughout the process.
• Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business, ensuring timely and efficient recruiting processes
• Ensure hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and nuances of early career hiring
• Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Utilize ATS, CRM, and other tools to screen a high volume of candidates to identify top talent
• Adherent to all processes and policies needed to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience working in high volume recruiting
• Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector Experience with early career/college/intern recruiting
• Experience with BrassRing ATS Experience with Phenom CRM Strong project management skills
• High school diploma
• Proven track record of success in managing many requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations –
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
• Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
