Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.

• Develop individualized service plans that include clear goals, tailored interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure effective support.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and support to individuals and families facing a range of life challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement crisis intervention measures, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to navigate urgent client situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, which reflects your experience and contributions to our team.
