Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify and analyze clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored service plans that outline specific client goals, intervention strategies, and methods for monitoring progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on underprivileged individuals and families, many of whom are dealing with significant life stressors such as homelessness, mental health issues, and domestic crises. You will play an integral role in helping these clients navigate their circumstances, enhance their coping strategies, and gain access to the necessary resources and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
