Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapeutic strategies for each client according to their specific needs.

• Utilize multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to patients and their loved ones.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, leveraging the diverse expertise of our clinicians and associated healthcare professionals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health context.

• Strong comprehension of legal and ethical guidelines relevant to the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
