We are currently seeking a Salesforce Training Content Creator to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Role: Salesforce Training Content Creator 

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Training Content Creator with 5+ years of experience to design and build our global enablement library. In this role, you will translate complex Salesforce workflows into engaging, easy-to-digest learning assets. You will own the creation of multimedia content, interactive modules, and documentation that empowers both technical teams and business end-users. 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Instructional Design

• Design comprehensive learning paths for diverse roles, including Sales, Support, Admins, and Developers.
• Apply modern instructional frameworks (such as ADDIE or SAM) to build scalable, outcome-driven training structures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to extract technical details and translate them into simple, universal business language.

Multimedia Production

• Develop diverse learning assets including interactive e-learning modules, quick-reference guides (QRGs), and visual infographics.
• Produce script, record, and edit high-quality video tutorials, walk-throughs, and software simulations.
• Build hands-on practice exercises and quizzes within training environments to test and reinforce user knowledge.

Maintenance & Governance

• Audit the content library regularly to update training materials alongside automated Salesforce seasonal releases and internal custom rollouts.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) or internal enablement platforms (like MuleSoft, Trailmaker, or Enablement sites) to track user completion metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical & Tools Expertise

• 5+ years of technical content creation experience , with at least 3 years focused specifically on Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry clouds).
• Mastery of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce user interfaces (Lightning Experience) and standard operational workflows.

Instructional & Creative Skills

• Superb technical writing skills with an ability to write clear, concise, and jargon-free documentation.
• Strong visual design sense for creating professional slides, diagrams, and formatting layout structures.
• Excellent project management skills to balance multiple content delivery deadlines simultaneously.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar Instructional Design certification
