Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred for orthopedic therapy, utilizing evidence-based clinical practices.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on rehabilitation and recovery, adjusting as necessary to address the evolving needs of each patient.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities—to enhance patient recovery, including modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting changes and outcomes accurately in our electronic health record systems.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, proactive self-management strategies, and injury prevention to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, holding regular meetings to discuss complex cases and share insights from your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Flex and Flow, our patient population spans all ages, from children recovering from sports injuries to seniors rehabilitating after orthopedic surgeries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with orthopedic patients is essential.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with patients and staff.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Flex and Flow offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
