We're looking for a Account Executive – Miami
\n \nAre you a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business?
\n \nWe're looking for a Account Executive to drive new client acquisition across the Miami and South Florida market. This is a field-focused, new-business role for someone energized by prospecting, cold outreach, getting in front of decision-makers, and turning opportunities into long-term customers — not a desk-based or account-maintenance job.
\n \nWhat you'll do:
\n- \n
- Build and manage a pipeline of new prospects across Miami and South Florida, targeting shippers and companies that fit PRIMO's ideal customer profile. \n
- Conduct consistent outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. \n
- Secure and lead face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, visiting them regularly to understand their transportation needs. \n
- Present and negotiate customized logistics solutions, backed by a solid financial business case. \n
- Own the sales process end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. \n
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, opportunities, and forecasts in HubSpot. \n
- Identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities as new accounts mature. \n
What we're looking for:

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or logistics/transportation sales (entry to mid-level welcome — we value hunter mentality and hustle over years). \n
- Comfortable with field sales, covering the Florida territory, and frequent face-to-face client meetings. \n
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, negotiation, and presentation skills. \n
- Experience selling transportation, freight brokerage, 3PL, or supply chain solutions is a strong plus. \n
- Knowledge of the South Florida business and logistics market, and existing relationships with shippers, manufacturers, or importers/exporters, are a plus. \n
- Self-driven, persistent, competitive, and highly results-oriented. \n
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and strong pipeline discipline. \n
- Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred. \n
