About the Role
This is a high-velocity outbound sales role at a seed-stage AI platform built for the hospitality industry. You will own the top of the pipeline, converting cold outreach into qualified demos with operators across hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts. It is the fastest path to a closing seat on a small, fast-moving team.
What You'll DoProspect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, targeting a baseline of 100+ dials per day.
Run proven outbound playbooks before iterating on your own approaches.
Qualify prospects through short discovery calls with founders, COOs, and heads of guest experience, focusing on property count, tech stack, and communication pain points.
Book demos efficiently and move quickly through qualification decisions.
Feed objections, new segments, and market signals back to account executives and founders in real time.
Test and track subject lines, openers, and sequences, measuring conversion at every stage.
2+ years in a quota-carrying or high-volume outbound SDR or BDR role.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Experience selling a technical product, ideally AI or B2B SaaS.
Comfort and confidence making 100+ outbound calls per day.
Experience qualifying and booking meetings with executive and operator-level contacts at enterprise accounts.
Background in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Quick learner who can internalize a technical domain and communicate it crisply on a cold call.
Resilient and collaborative, sharing wins and learnings across the team immediately.
OTE: $90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus equity. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
LocationOn-site, five days per week in San Francisco, CA . Remote work is not available for this role.
