Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to provide project management and operational support to the Florida Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support (DEPCS).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Project Management Plans (PMPs) and work plans.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, coordination, and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress and provide weekly status reports.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and Department teams.
- Track projects, procurement timelines, contracts, purchase orders, and agreements.
- Lead project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Support problem-solving, reporting, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with Department data security and confidentiality requirements.\
Requirements
- Certified Project Manager / Project Management Professional.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Strong project coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
