Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a dynamic, specialized high school program serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other learning differences. This position is based in Ludlow, Massachusetts, working in a collaborative team environment for the 2026-2027 academic year, with an estimated schedule from August 27, 2026, through June 22, 2027. You’ll play an essential role in supporting students’ communication skills and fostering their independence in a highly individualized educational setting.

What we are seeking:

• Active state Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP required)
• School-based experience, particularly in high school settings
• Proficiency working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Leadership abilities to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Demonstrated background supporting students with autism and diverse learning needs
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, customized learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to high school students within the Compass High Program
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
• Collaborate effectively with educators, service providers, families, and staff
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring adherence to therapy plans and professional best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized educational goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
