This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while you work from home or any comfortable environment. Even though the role is remote, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team within our virtual community health clinic, participating in regular meetings and utilizing technology to provide seamless communication and support for clients. You will be provided with necessary tools and resources to effectively deliver therapy sessions, manage cases, and ensure clients access integrated health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the unique needs of patients facing mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize evidence-based screening methods to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Foster collaborative relationships with clients and their families, facilitating seamless communication with other health providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Implement integrated care plans that address client preferences while linking them to community resources and additional support services.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of reports related to patient care, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Participate actively in safety and risk management, promptly reporting any concerns or unsafe situations while creating a supportive environment for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in staff meetings and committees focused on service delivery and quality improvement.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed to assist clients in acute distress and require timely intervention.

• Carry a manageable caseload, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Retreat Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
