Our client is currently seeking a HR Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career HR professionals to gain hands-on experience across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while partnering closely with HR leadership and business teams.

What You'll Do

Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support requests
Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and leadership to ensure smooth HR processes
Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate coordination and new hire setup
Maintain employee data accuracy and assist with HR systems and reporting
Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
Create and distribute HR communications (emails, flyers, internal updates)
Drive administrative HR processes with a high level of ownership and accountability

What We're Looking For

Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and see projects through to completion
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment

Nice to Have

Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
Experience working in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
