Benefits Bonus based on performance Company parties Opportunity for advancement Training & development Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are expanding our Midtown Manhattan team and are looking for a motivated Account Executive to work directly with business clients in a professional, face-to-face environment. This role focuses on developing business relationships, educating clients on available services, and helping identify solutions that align with their needs. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with others, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a performance-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Meet with business clients through scheduled in-person appointments Present services and solutions in a clear and professional manner Identify client needs and recommend appropriate options Build and maintain strong business relationships Track daily activity, appointments, and client interactions Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed Work closely with team members to achieve individual and company goals Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Comfortable working in a client-facing business environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan Monday through Friday Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Growth Full-time W-2 position First-year earnings typically range from $45,000–$60,000 Paid training program provided Performance-based advancement opportunities Ongoing mentorship and career development Additional Information Business-to-business (B2B) environment Fully in-person role based in Midtown Manhattan Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off Daily on-site attendance is required No remote or hybrid opportunities available #J-18808-Ljbffr
