Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, identifying their individual mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, addressing issues such as substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and child maltreatment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, documenting patient histories, treatment plans, outcomes, and therapy progress in line with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration and case consultations with other mental health professionals within the organization to enhance client care strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies to manage their mental health in conjunction with services offered by the agency.

• Participate in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing strong clinical judgment to handle emergency situations and ensure safety for all involved.

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals and families seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting with a strong foundation in crisis intervention.
