Inventory Specialist

Inventory SpecialistThe Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are available to support daily production and warehouse operations. This role works closely with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.Key Responsibilities:Manage inventory levels to support production and warehouse operationsMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory management or ERP systemsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle countsAssist with physical inventory audits and reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variancesReceive, verify, and process incoming shipments for accuracyCoordinate inventory movements between warehouse and production areasWork closely with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availabilityGenerate inventory reports and maintain accurate documentationFollow company safety procedures and inventory control standardsJob Requirements:Previous inventory control, warehouse, or inventory specialist experience preferredExperience with inventory management systems or ERP softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and teamwork skillsBilingual in Spanish and English requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
